Blue Spot 7 Year Old Cask Strength is a single pot still Irish whiskey from the Spot range, produced at Midleton Distillery for Mitchell & Son. Matured for at least seven years in bourbon casks, sherry butts and Madeira casks, it is bottled at cask strength. The nose offers pineapple, kiwi, green banana and lime zest with baked apple and hazelnut, followed by clove, black pepper, vanilla and cinnamon. Add water to taste.
