Big Peat is an Islay blended malt Scotch whisky from Douglas Laing & Co. of Glasgow. It brings together single malts from Islay distilleries including Ardbeg, Caol Ila and Bowmore, with a touch of the long-closed Port Ellen in the original recipe. Bottled without chill filtration, it is bold and smoky, with peat, sea salt, ash and a hint of sweet citrus. A must for peat lovers.
