Barons de Rothschild Brut is a Champagne created jointly by the three branches of the Rothschild family, famous for their Bordeaux estates. It is a Chardonnay-led blend with Pinot Noir, given extended ageing on the lees in the cellar before release. The style is elegant and fresh, with citrus, white flowers and pear, a fine mousse and a delicate, toasty finish. A refined aperitif Champagne and a wonderful gift.
