Writers' Tears Red Head is a single malt Irish whiskey from Walsh Whiskey, part of the range honouring Ireland's literary tradition. Triple distilled, it is matured entirely in Oloroso sherry butts from Spain, which give it its rich colour and character. Expect dried fruit, toasted nuts, dark chocolate and warming spice on a full, rounded palate with a long finish. Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water.
