Willett is a family-owned distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky, run by the Kulsveen family and highly regarded among whiskey enthusiasts. Its straight rye whiskey is a small-batch release with a bold, characterful style. Expect lively rye spice with pepper, mint and cinnamon, balanced by caramel, vanilla and dried fruit, and a long, warm finish. A collector's favourite to sip neat or with a few drops of water.
