West Cork Bourbon Cask is a blended Irish whiskey from West Cork Distillers, an independent distillery in Skibbereen, County Cork. A blend of malt and grain whiskeys, it is matured in first-fill bourbon barrels, which give it a soft, sweet character. Expect vanilla, honey, toffee and fresh cereal notes with light oak spice and a smooth, clean finish. An easy-going whiskey for sipping neat, over ice or in mixed drinks.
