Waterford Cooladine Edition 1.1 is a Single Farm Origin Irish single malt from Waterford Distillery, which explores how barley terroir shapes whisky flavour. Every drop is made from barley grown on a single farm, Cooladine, and distilled separately. The nose shows malted biscuits, rhubarb tart, toffee and almonds, while the palate brings cloves, apples, black pepper, gingernut biscuits and crème brûlée, finishing with spicy oiliness and gentle sweetness.
