Van Ryn's 15 Year Old is a South African pot still brandy from the Van Ryn's Distillery at Vlottenburg near Stellenbosch, a house known for its long-aged brandies. Matured for fifteen years in oak, it is full-bodied and complex. The nose shows citrus and honey with cigar-box spice, followed by hints of chocolate on the palate and a creamy, rounded finish. A brandy to sip slowly, neat or with a little water.
