Underberg is a classic German herbal bitters from Rheinberg, made from aromatic herbs and spices sourced from many countries and matured in oak casks. It comes in the brand's distinctive portion bottles wrapped in paper, here as a pack of three. Intensely herbal and bracing, with notes of liquorice, gentian and warming spice, it is traditionally taken in one go after a meal as a digestif.
