Tomatin Legacy is a light, approachable Highland single malt from the Tomatin distillery near Inverness. It is matured in a combination of bourbon barrels and virgin oak casks, which give it a fresh, sweet and lively character. Expect notes of pineapple, pear, vanilla and sweet citrus, with a hint of spice from the new oak. A versatile whisky that works well neat, on the rocks or in a highball.
