Tokara Director's Reserve Red is the flagship Bordeaux-style blend from Tokara, perched on the Helshoogte Pass above Stellenbosch. This vintage is led by Cabernet Sauvignon (70%), supported by Petit Verdot, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and a dash of Malbec. It is a structured, elegant wine with cassis, dark cherry, cedar and fine-grained tannins, built to age gracefully. Decant and serve with beef fillet, lamb or mature cheeses.
