Part of the Three Ships Master's Collection, this 11 Year Old South African single malt from the James Sedgwick Distillery in Wellington was finished in Shiraz wine casks. Crafted under master distiller Andy Watts, the Shiraz finish brings red berries, plum and peppery spice to the malt's honeyed sweetness and oak. A limited release that showcases South Africa's wine and whisky heritage together, best savoured neat or with a little water.
