A limited release in the Three Ships Master's Collection, this whisky began in the winter of 2016 when Andy Watts column-distilled malted barley to create a lighter style of malt whisky. It was matured for four years in American oak of varying ages before a two-year finish in seasoned Chenin Blanc casks. The result is bright and flavourful, combining spice, tropical fruit and zesty lemon. Enjoy neat or with a splash of water.
