A limited release in the Three Ships Master's Collection, this 15 Year Old South African single malt from the James Sedgwick Distillery in Wellington was finished in casks that previously held Pinotage, South Africa's own red wine cultivar. The long maturation brings depth and oak complexity, while the Pinotage casks contribute red and dark berry fruit and gentle spice. A collectable bottling to savour neat or with a little water.
