The Whistler Oloroso Sherry Cask is an Irish whiskey from Boann Distillery in Drogheda, County Meath. Made from Irish malt and grain whiskeys, it is matured in ex-bourbon barrels and then given extra time in Oloroso sherry casks for added richness. Expect dried fruit, toffee, vanilla and toasted nuts on a smooth, rounded palate with warming spice. A lovely dram to enjoy neat or over a single cube of ice.
