The Tweeddale Grain of Truth is a Highland single grain Scotch from Alasdair Day's Tweeddale range, made from an uncommon recipe of 50% wheat and 50% malted barley. After maturing in bourbon barrels it is finished in Oloroso sherry hogsheads, then bottled without chill filtration and with natural colour. Expect a rich, rounded grain whisky with vanilla and honey sweetness, dried fruit and nutty sherry spice on the finish.
