The Tweeddale Grain of Truth Peated is a Highland single grain Scotch from Alasdair Day's Tweeddale range, made from an unusual mash of wheat and malted barley, here including peated grain. Matured in ex-bourbon barrels and bottled without chill filtration and with natural colour, it balances sweetness and smoke. Expect green apple, citrus, caramel and milk chocolate with summer berries, light smoke and soft ash on the finish.
