The Tweeddale Evolution is a 28-year-old blended Scotch recreated by Alasdair Day from his great-grandfather Richard Day's cellar book, reviving the historic Tweeddale blend. Long-aged Speyside malts and Lowland grain whiskies are bottled without chill filtration and with natural colour. Expect red plums, honey, waxy lemon and spice on the nose, a bold, juicy palate with orchard fruit, and a finish of burnt orange, cloves and roasted vanilla.
