The Irishman Caribbean Cask Finish is an Irish single malt from Walsh Whiskey in County Carlow, Ireland. The triple-distilled malt is first matured in bourbon casks and then finished in casks that previously held Caribbean rum, adding a tropical layer to its classic Irish character. Expect notes of vanilla, honey and toffee alongside ripe banana, molasses and warming spice, with a smooth, sweet finish. Enjoy neat, over ice or in a rum-and-whiskey style Old Fashioned.
