Sydney Back 25 Year Old is a rare, limited reserve South African pot still brandy from the Back family of Backsberg Estate in Paarl, named after Sydney Back. It is made from early-harvest Chenin Blanc grapes, double distilled in a traditional alembic pot still and matured for at least 25 years in small French oak barrels. Expect a deep, complex brandy with dried fruit, nuts, honey and polished oak.
