Sazerac Rye is a Kentucky straight rye whiskey produced at the Buffalo Trace Distillery, named after the classic New Orleans cocktail it was made for. It is smooth and well balanced, with notes of clove, vanilla, anise and pepper, alongside candied citrus and a gentle sweetness. Enjoy it neat or on the rocks, or make the Sazerac cocktail with sugar, Peychaud's bitters and an absinthe rinse.
