A 7 Year Old release from Room 4, made by winemaker-turned-distiller Fredine le Roux on Rooiheuwel farm in the Overberg. Everything happens on the farm, from growing the grain to fermenting, distilling, maturing and bottling, making this a true single farm origin single grain whisky. The extra years in wood bring added depth and oak character. Bottled at 46.3%, it is best enjoyed neat or with a dash of water.
