Roe & Co is a blended Irish whiskey from Diageo, named after George Roe, whose distilling empire once dominated Dublin. Its home is the Roe & Co Distillery, housed in the former Guinness power station on Thomas Street. The blend of malt and grain whiskeys is matured in bourbon casks and bottled without chill filtration. Expect a smooth, fruity character with pear, vanilla and soft spice, and a creamy texture. Excellent neat or in cocktails.
