Rittenhouse Rye is a bottled-in-bond straight rye whiskey from Heaven Hill, made in the Pennsylvania style and carrying a famous old Philadelphia name. It is rich and aromatic, with dried fruit, soft spice, cocoa and butterscotch on the nose, alongside orange peel and cinnamon. The palate is thick and fruity, with chocolate orange, cassia, nutmeg and oak, finishing with marmalade and spice. A bartender favourite for Manhattans.
