Redbreast 12 Year Old Cask Strength is a single pot still Irish whiskey from Midleton Distillery, bottled at cask strength without chill filtration. Released in batches, it is matured in bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry butts for at least 12 years. Expect intense dried fruit, sherry, toasted nuts, vanilla and bold pot still spice, with a long, powerful finish. A few drops of water will reveal more fruit and sweetness.
