Redbreast 21 Year Old is a single pot still Irish whiskey from Midleton Distillery in County Cork. Triple distilled and matured for at least 21 years in bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry butts, it shows the depth that extended ageing brings to the Redbreast style. Expect rich tropical and dried fruits, toasted nuts, oak and pot still spice, with a long, luxurious finish. A special-occasion whiskey to enjoy slowly and neat.
