Redbreast 15 Year Old is a single pot still Irish whiskey from Midleton Distillery in County Cork. Triple distilled from malted and unmalted barley, it is matured in bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry butts for at least 15 years. Rich and full-bodied, it offers ripe fruit, toasted nuts, spice and sherry notes with a creamy texture and a long, complex finish. Best enjoyed neat or with a splash of water.
