Pample Moose is a grapefruit schnapps, a sweet liqueur infused with natural grapefruit. It offers a bright, zesty citrus character with a pleasant bittersweet edge that keeps it refreshing rather than cloying. Serve it ice-cold as a shot, over ice, or as a mixer with soda water, tonic or sparkling wine, and it adds a lively grapefruit note to cocktails such as a Paloma-style long drink.
