This 12-year-old single malt from the Isle of Jura distillery is an independent bottling in the Old Malt Cask range, which presents single casks of whisky with minimal intervention. Jura sits on the remote Inner Hebridean island of the same name, just north of Islay. Single-cask bottlings vary, but expect a characterful island malt with malt, fruit and oak, and a gentle coastal edge.
