O'Driscoll's is a blended Irish whiskey made from golden grain and malted barley, triple distilled for the signature smoothness of Irish whiskey. It is aged for a minimum of three years entirely in bourbon casks, which enhances its sweet vanilla profile. Expect a light, approachable dram with vanilla, honey and gentle oak notes, and a smooth, easy finish. Versatile enough to sip neat, enjoy over ice or mix with ginger ale or in an Irish coffee.
