Monkey 47 is a German dry gin from the Black Forest, named for its 47 botanicals and bottled at 47% ABV. Its recipe draws on local ingredients such as lingonberries alongside spices and citrus from further afield, and the gin is made with soft Black Forest spring water. Complex and aromatic, it offers juniper, citrus, floral and peppery spice notes. Excellent in a gin and tonic or a classic dry martini.
