M de Minuty is a Côtes de Provence rosé from Château Minuty, the family estate on the Saint-Tropez peninsula in the south of France. Made mainly from Grenache with Cinsault and Syrah, it shows the pale, delicate colour Provence is famous for. Expect fresh red berries, citrus and peach on a crisp, dry and elegant palate. Perfect chilled as an aperitif or with grilled fish and Mediterranean dishes.
