Metanoia's signature South African single malt is crafted in small batches of just four to eight casks and is unpeated. It is matured predominantly in ex-Rupert & Rothschild red wine barrels, which lend red fruit and gentle spice to the malt, and bottled at 48.6% to preserve depth and character. An ongoing release celebrating South African provenance and whisky tradition, best savoured neat or with a splash of water.
