Luxardo Kirsch is a cherry spirit from Luxardo, the family-owned Italian house founded in 1821 and famous for its work with marasca cherries, including the celebrated Maraschino liqueur. Kirsch is traditionally a clear, dry spirit with a pure cherry and almond-stone character. Serve it chilled as a digestif, use it in cocktails, or add a splash to fondue, Black Forest cake and fruit desserts.
