Lupini Inferno is a sambuca from the Lupini range, produced by Kensington Distillers & Vintners in London. Like all sambuca it is built on the essential oils of anise, giving a sweet, liquorice-like character, and the Inferno variant adds a fiery 'hot ice' sensation on the palate. It is made for shooters and party occasions, served well chilled, and can also add a spicy aniseed edge to cocktails.
