Lighter fluid is used to refill petrol-style wick lighters, such as Zippo and similar windproof lighters. Keeping a can at hand ensures your lighter is always ready to use. To refill, open the lighter's insert and slowly add fluid to the cotton until saturated, wipe off any excess and allow a moment before lighting. Store away from heat and open flames and out of reach of children.
