KWV, the historic Paarl-based producer, makes this rosé as part of its Classic Collection. It is a fruity, easy-going pink wine with aromas of rose petals and red berries and a hint of candy floss. The palate is fresh and soft, with sweet berry fruit and a gentle, lingering finish. Serve well chilled on its own, with light salads and seafood, or alongside a summer braai.
