Knob Creek Rye is a straight rye whiskey from the Knob Creek brand, produced at the James B. Beam distillery in Clermont, Kentucky. Bottled at 100 proof, it pairs traditional rye spice with the rich, full-flavoured sweetness Knob Creek is known for. Expect notes of caramel, vanilla and oak, with peppery spice and a long, warm finish. A natural step into rye for bourbon drinkers.
