KWV, the historic Paarl-based producer, makes this Sauvignon Blanc as part of its Classic Collection, sourcing grapes from the Western Cape. It is a fresh, crisp and easy-drinking white with typical South African Sauvignon Blanc character: notes of green fig, gooseberry, passion fruit and citrus, with lively acidity. Serve chilled on its own or with salads, seafood, chicken and light summer meals.
