Isle of Raasay Gin is a handcrafted island gin made at the Isle of Raasay Distillery, the first legal spirit from a Hebridean island with a long history of illicit distilling. Ten botanicals, including juniper picked on Raasay with the help of a local botanist, sweet orange peel and lemon peel, are combined with the distillery's triple-distilled spirit and its own well water. Dry, zesty and smooth, it makes a refreshing gin and tonic.
