Inverroche Amber is a fynbos gin from Inverroche Distillery in Stilbaai on South Africa's Southern Cape coast. It uses fynbos botanicals from coastal areas of the Cape Floral Kingdom, both in distillation and through infusion afterwards, which gives the gin its amber colour. Rounded and woodsy, it offers spice, Cape floral notes, touches of tobacco leaf and a nutty complexity. Try it with tonic and a sprig of fresh rosemary.
