Ice Tropez is a sparkling ready-to-drink aperitif from Saint-Tropez in the south of France, made with a base of rosé wine. It is light, fruity and refreshing, with a gentle fizz, inspired by the Riviera habit of serving rosé over ice. Serve very cold or over plenty of ice, ideal for poolside afternoons, picnics and summer celebrations.
