Highland Park 15 Year Old is an Orkney single malt. Highland Park is distilled in Kirkwall on Orkney, where the distillery still turns some of its own barley on traditional malting floors and dries it over aromatic, heathery Orkney peat. Matured in sherry-seasoned casks, it is rich and smooth, with dried fruit, honey, toffee and aromatic heather smoke, finishing long and warming.
