Hendrick's Gin is distilled in small batches at Girvan in Scotland, combining spirit from a Carter-Head still and a traditional copper pot still. After distillation it is infused with Bulgarian rose and cucumber, giving its famously refreshing, floral character alongside juniper and citrus. Serve it in a long gin and tonic over ice, garnished with thin slices of cucumber, or use it in classic gin cocktails.
