An experimental edition from Helden Distillery in the Vredefort Dome area, this South African single malt has been aged in rum casks. Helden is known for its innovative approach to wood and maturation, and the rum cask influence typically adds tropical sweetness, molasses and spice to the malt. Bottled at a robust 53%, it rewards sipping neat or with a few drops of water to open up its flavours.
