Frïs is a Danish vodka known for its freeze distillation process, in which the spirit is chilled so that impurities can be separated and removed. The result is an exceptionally clean, smooth vodka with a soft, rounded mouthfeel and a crisp finish. It is best served straight from the freezer as an ice-cold shot, or used in a clean, simple cocktail such as a vodka martini or vodka tonic.
