Finvara The King's Gambit is a blended Irish whiskey named after Finvara, the legendary king of the fairy folk in Irish mythology. It is crafted from grain together with malted and unmalted barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills and aged in bourbon and sherry barrels. The nose offers butterscotch, caramel, fruit, gentle spice and fine oak. The palate is full and smooth, with toffee, vanilla, dried fruit and a light peppery spice before a long, soft finish.
