Espolòn Cristalino is a 100% blue agave tequila from Destilería San Nicolas in Los Altos de Jalisco, Mexico. The tequila is aged in oak and then filtered to remove the colour, leaving a crystal-clear spirit that keeps the softness of barrel ageing. Expect a smooth, light palate of cooked agave, vanilla and gentle oak with a clean, crisp finish. Serve neat over ice or in an elegant highball.
