Elector 12 Year Old is an Irish whiskey named after the seven Electors, princes of the Holy Roman Empire who chose its Emperor. Aged for 12 years, it gains roundness from the inclusion of sherry wood. The nose is sweet, clean and mature, leading to a complex palate with interesting malt elements and a long finish where the flavours linger. A smooth, refined dram to enjoy neat or over ice.
