Eikendal Charisma 2021 is a Shiraz-led red blend from Eikendal Vineyards in the Helderberg area of Stellenbosch. Shiraz makes up most of the blend, with Petit Verdot adding dark berry richness and a small portion of Sangiovese bringing bright fruit. The components are fermented separately and aged in older 500-litre barrels. Expect a bold yet elegant wine with spice and ripe berries. Try it with mushroom and chorizo risotto or veal.
